  This is my 1st experience dealing with a law firm and I will say that The Kirby G. Smith firm and the attorney and staff I have spoken to have made me feel as comfortable as I have hope to feel. Their knowledge of the law, their explaining of the law in layman’s terms so I can clearly understand everything I need to know, made me feel as though they have lifted an enormous weight off of my shoulders. It is good to know that you can count on this firm to be professional, understanding, and explain in every detail the process I knew nothing about. After my meeting today, I do truly believe I will sleep better than I have in a long time knowing my issues are in not only good hands, but the RIGHT hands. Thank you all at the Firm for making me feel like I’m not in this alone.

  My experience with Mr. Kirby Smith and Molly were exceptional. I spoke with Mr. Smith for an hour during my initial consultation about an employment situation. He was very professional, kind, and most important listened. He doesn’t rush you and tackles a situation head on with a strategy. As soon as I spoke with him, I knew I’d made the right decision. I’d spoken with several attorneys before speaking with Mr. Kirby, most seemed money hungry and wanted upfront fees before a consultation could take place, after paying, not willing to listen to your situation thoroughly. One thing is for sure, I’m glad I found this firm. They help lift a burden off my shoulders. I highly recommend “The Kirby G. Law Firm” if you want someone that genuinely cares about helping you resolve your situation.

  I had the opportunity to speak with Melvin, and it was a really great experience! He offered his time to provided a lot of valuable information regarding my situation. Even though it wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear😭, I left the conversation feeling more informed and motivated to advocate for stronger worker protections in Georgia!
