  I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Baskin Law Group. From the very beginning, everyone treated me with kindness and respect, and I always felt like they truly cared about me and my case. Attorney Michael A. Baskin is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand. You can tell he has a lot of experience, and that gave me confidence from day one. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. I also want to give a special thank you to Ms. Tanisha Grimes. She was amazing! She kept me updated throughout the entire process, returned my calls, answered my questions, and made sure I always knew what was going on. That kind of communication means a lot when you're going through something stressful. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and supportive.   I can’t say enough great things about The Baskin Law Group. I felt supported from the very beginning. The Lead attorney Michael Baskin always made sure I was well informed about my case and I felt like I had an open line of communication with him and his team I was so impressed by how meticulous and knowledgeable they were. They really went to bat for me and left no stone unturned. I was initially very overwhelmed but they really put me at ease. I would definitely use them again, and have already referred others!

  I would like to further clarify my experience, as I stand by the concerns expressed in my original review based entirely on my personal experience and documented communications throughout my case. At the beginning of my case, after speaking with Ms. Tanesha, I was informed that additional investigation would be conducted regarding the second driver involved. Based on those conversations, I understood that further efforts would be made to investigate liability beyond what was reflected in the initial police report. However, to my knowledge, no additional efforts were made to locate witnesses, obtain surrounding business surveillance footage, or pursue other investigative avenues after it became known that footage from my employer was unavailable. After consulting with new representation and other legal professionals, I was advised that immediate investigation into the second driver and surrounding evidence is typically a critical part of building a case. Since then, I have personally located witnesses who support information relevant to the circumstances surrounding the accident. My frustration stems from the fact that I relied on representations made to me regarding the direction my case would take, but my experience did not reflect the actions I understood would occur. If there was internal miscommunication regarding what was discussed with me as the client, that is not something I was made aware of during representation. For that reason, I stand by my review and my opinion regarding the level of service I personally received. My statements are based on my direct experience, documented communications, and my honest dissatisfaction with how my case was handled.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Baskin Law Group and would not recommend them based on how my case was handled. Throughout my representation, I consistently felt that my legal team was reactive instead of proactive when it came to investigating critical details surrounding my accident. Important witnesses were not pursued in a timely manner, additional potentially liable drivers were not properly investigated, and opportunities to preserve important evidence were allowed to pass without urgency. I was initially advised that certain investigative steps would be taken regarding other drivers involved, only for the firm to later retract on information previously provided and refuse to follow through. What was most concerning is that once I began following up and pushing for answers regarding whether they intended to pursue additional liable parties, rather than properly investigating or simply communicating that they had no intention of pursuing those avenues, the firm chose to withdraw themselves from my case entirely. As a result of these delays and failures to investigate, valuable time was lost that could have allowed evidence to be preserved and potentially strengthened my case significantly, including issues involving additional liability, punitive damages, and other legal claims connected to the circumstances of the accident. I trusted this firm to advocate for me and fully investigate every avenue available, but instead I was left feeling that my case was not handled with the level of diligence, urgency, or commitment it deserved.
