Zero-star experience. Warning: stay away from My25Lawyer.
My experience with My25Lawyer has been absolutely horrible.
I have had three cases with them, and the lack of communication has been unacceptable from the beginning. I have repeatedly warned them that I was prepared to send handwritten complaints to the State Bar because of how poorly they communicate and how little follow-up they provide. Even after that, nothing changed.
Their extensions do not work. Getting a real update feels almost impossible. Their customer service has been useless, and in my opinion, the entire experience has been unprofessional, careless, and frustrating. There is no real client care, no urgency, and no accountability.
If you get Jakira or Nicole assigned to your case, be prepared to wait. Based on my experience, communication is nearly nonexistent, follow-ups do not happen unless you constantly chase them, and you are left feeling ignored while they hold your case.
Once they get your business, it feels like they throw you into a database and forget you exist. You will chase them for answers, wait around for updates, and still be left wondering what is happening with your own case.
Based on my experience, expect it to take 16 to 24 months for them to settle each case, even after you finish your doctor appointments. If you are looking for a firm that communicates, follows up, treats clients with respect, or moves quickly, I strongly suggest going somewhere else — honestly, go to Morgan & Morgan instead.
They stay true to their name — you get 25% effort, 25% communication, and 25% service.
I hired 25 Percent Lawyer after my car accident on August 12, 2025, and at first everything seemed fine. Communication was good during the first few months, and I felt like my case was being handled properly. Then out of nowhere, communication completely stopped.
I received an email saying another agent would be handling my case, but I have still never spoken to that person. At this point, my case status says it has been settled, and I signed the documents to release my funds over two months ago. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and messages through the portal with little to no response.
Today I woke up to another email saying I never signed the documents, even though I know I did because I emailed them right after signing to confirm it. Again, no response.
The lack of communication and organization has been extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with something as important as a settlement. Clients should not have to constantly chase their own legal team for updates.

Customer service is A1. I had Attorney: Jakira Davis and Case manager: Starr. When I say they communicate every step and explain everything. I wasn’t wondering or lost through out the process. Hands down best experience.

While driving on 75/85 I was hit from behind and the side ,my 25% lawyer took my case, treating me with respect !!and got me maximum payout from both parties involved.
