  I would just like to tell you how kind and patient the girl was that helped get through the initial phone. I was born in 1966, so what I am trying to tell you is I am not great with technology. The girl that helped me from your company was so nice, she almost made me cry! Just a note to let you all know what a wonderful employee you have, she deserves a lot more than a pat on the back!   Took my initial information via a case manager. An attorney called and said he would be handling my case and it appeared to be gross negligence. Yesterday, he called again and said that his supervisor told him to get rid of the case, and he was hopeful that some other attorney would pick it up. Very, very unprofessional and I will tell that to everyone who will listen. 😉

  Horrendous to say the least. I was hit by a drunk driver in 2025. I did the foot work myself to obtain documentation and submitted it to Morgan & Morgan. While I'm waiting for things to move forward, they set me up with medical providers for treatment. Two months go by and I received a call, stating that they would no longer represent me because the other driver lacked insurance. Now I'm stuck with thousands in medical bills which have been sent to collections, which I wasn't even aware that I owed, until now in 2026. I've contacted them regarding this situation but they're simply saying oh well too bad. They don't care about the extra burden they just added to my plate in this economy.

  Totally disappointed,Horrible experience from start to finish. This has been an unimaginable nightmare. Constantly changing teams, no contact for weeks and weeks at a time.Communication was not good. Didn’t return calls or respond to messages in timely manner.Choosing this firm was the worst mistake we could have ever made. If all law firms are like this in taking 40% and the doctor bills be so high. That’s horrible. No commitment of dates or even correspondence will ever be honored. this was the worst, I can’t believe Morgan and Morgan let us settle for the amount we did from accident and they knew they were going to takewell more over than half of the money and the Doctor bills came out. we walked away with crap. After all the pain and suffering. We lost wages, vehicles taken and Late payments on all bills. Almost lost our home, Credit report all messed up. We lost so much. And have not gained anything back that is a little of money did nothing for us. Lesson well learned.

  The experiment as a victim and the reflection of evidence and outcome didn't match when fighting for the people. I was struck by a person that the authorities showed they had insurance but the staff stated he was uninsured. They had a letter from the insurance company but I have police report saying that he was insured at the date and time if the incident.. For the pain, suffering and inconvenience I endured, that I am still dealing with today, does not bring a wholeness outcome of restoration. We need a better system to protect the citizens from the lawbreaker to insure justice is served and a group effort is established. I am grateful and thankful for the service however the fight was minimum and not viewed as if it was for themselves or family member. Again. appreciative and grateful but the fight is miminum.
