  My bf and I retained MnM for a transit accident. So far not so good. I’ve started treatment and he has yet to get a call. Was told on several occasions after he called them that someone would call him back to get treatment started and to merge our case to. Nothing. Then I checked my portal and found someone else is over my case than the original ppl who called me. I’ve dealt with firms more attentive than this. Hopefully we get a call soon. I’ll update this through process.

  I had an excellent experience with Morgan & Morgan. The attorney was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every one of our questions with patience and clarity. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood every step of the process. We truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. It gave us confidence that our case is being handled with care. I highly recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone looking for experienced and compassionate legal representation.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Morgan & Morgan was incredibly disappointing. After opening a case regarding my mother’s accident, we went over a month without receiving any updates. No phone calls, no emails—nothing. I eventually had to call the firm myself just to find out what was happening. The attorney/legal representative assigned to the case, Candela, never contacted me a single time. In fact, I called multiple times asking to speak with her and was repeatedly told that she would return my call. She never did. Not once. What concerned me even more was that, during one of my calls, I had to explain to their own team that they were pursuing the wrong insurance policy. The driver who hit my mother was operating a commercial vehicle while working, meaning there should have been a commercial insurance policy involved. I was the one who had to point that out instead of the legal team identifying it themselves. After weeks of silence, unanswered calls, and having to do my own follow-up, we ultimately received a letter declining representation without any explanation. I understand that law firms cannot accept every case, and I respect that. What I don’t respect is the complete lack of communication, the failure to return calls, and the feeling that our case was never given the attention it deserved. If your firm’s slogan is “For The People,” then clients should at least expect basic communication and someone to return their calls. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend Morgan & Morgan based on how my family and I were treated.

  I feel as tho all the paperwork was enough they held my case for so long to where I really couldn’t get help from another law firm. They was right at the end of closing Kelly huff and George Dobbs was the attorney and case worker! Pissed me off because I’m still struggling with memory loss and i wasn’t rewarded at the end. Just should have kept it to myself all this stress and worry how ima maintain things I lost and my body, mental health battles because I’m thinking another ceiling will collapse on me! I feel as if it was a settlement “ but none for me! Dont have app access anymore . To check to see if a settlement dispersement date !

  Morgan and Morgan FAILED us. They took our case IMMEDIATELY, involving a bat infestation and my son being hospitalized. Our landlord filed a disposition, after I asked repeatedly if we can withhold rent due to our circumstances. Kept being told they’ll get back to us. We decided to hold on our own due to 3/4 of the home being inhabitable. We had court, our judge said if we were represented, now would be the time to come. It got rescheduled, they still didn’t show, and we ended up losing our case. They claimed the eviction had nothing to do with the counter claim, but it had everything to do with it. I’ve called other attorneys and they stated Morgan and Morgan failed us, we had one shot at this, and they failed us by not showing up and directing us through the process. This is not for the people. We had all the evidence for you, all documentation, just needed someone who knew the right things to say. Our first court hearing went good, was leaning completely in our favor, then today, all of our evidence was basically ignored because of rent being owed, but that should have been under rent abatement or constructive eviction, but we received zero help through out this process. I’m saddened we trusted this company that MANY suggested, only to be let down and loosing our case. After we lost today’s case, my case manager finally called after so many of my attempts to reach out, to be told they’re no longer representing us. Assuming because we lost so now they have no counter sue available. Thank you for letting us down.
