  No stars would be more accurate Big name on a billboard and nothing more. No personal attention, wouldn't even call me back or answer the phone. Lied to me about signing up to get their" legal team together" it was the actual contract. Do not go with them , you need Nick Ponzio he works hard to get you taken care of, call morrison hughes and ask for Nick you won't regret it. A real lawyer you can trust to take care of business.

  The worse company I ever in life I had to deal with my experience have been miserable I never had no communication unless I called for updates...my lawyer got paid more than me...i will never in life recommend or refer anyone to this law firm! Please stick to non major law firm!

  When I first contacted Morgan & Morgan, they were extremely responsive and seemed eager to assist me. My accident was not a major one, and I was completely transparent about the circumstances from the very beginning. Unfortunately, that initial level of communication did not continue. My calls and messages through their platform went unanswered, leaving me with little information about the status of my case or whether anyone was actively working on my behalf. After receiving no meaningful response, I made the decision to terminate their representation and notified them accordingly. A few days later, I received an email from Morgan & Morgan containing a letter dated four days earlier stating that they were no longer representing me. That sequence of events was particularly disappointing. Rather than acknowledging my concerns regarding the lack of communication or the fact that I had notified them that I was terminating their services, the correspondence presented the situation as though the firm had made the decision to end the representation. Based on my personal experience, this raised serious concerns for me about communication, accountability, and integrity. I would have respected a straightforward acknowledgment that communication had fallen short. Instead, the way the matter was handled after I terminated the relationship left me even more disappointed than the lack of communication itself.

  Worst experience of my life. Morgan & Morgan is too big to hold onto good attorneys. The attorney turnover is extremely high. They reassigned my case to 4 different attorneys within 6 months. I met the attorney who settled the case the day of the hearing. No prep, no getting up to speed, no request for x-rays, CT Scans or MRI though ainhqd them all. Just sat and took the 1st offer they gave, then said me "I think we could've gotten more". The mediator who sat in with the insurance company representative said afterwards, "I'm glad you were not greedy". The biggest lawfirm is "too big to to be personal". They settled my personal injury and my disability claim for peanuts. In my experience, the biggest is not the best.

  Provided almost zero assistance in my case. I was hit by an uninsured motorist, and all Morgan & Morgan did was make a few phone calls to my automobile insurance provider and the hospital I was brought to, all things I could have done myself. The only documents they provided me was my accident report. I was charged almost $300 for Medical Records that I provided to them. I asked if we could sue the motorist who hit me and Morgan and Morgan's response was "we don't do that". I was also told that I would have to deal with the hospital bill going forward as they did all they could do, which was basically nothing. And for all their "help", they got to take 40% of my medical settlement from my own insurance provider. I never once spoke to an attorney. My entire case was handled by a legal assistant aid that seemed to have almost no legal knowledge or experience. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and support. Multiple requests for communication were made using their own mobile app and went completely ignored. Responses to voicemail were not returned in a timely fashion. When they did promise a response, it was rarely at the time promised. Morgan and Morgan obviously sell franchises to any law office willing to pay them for their name and marketing budget. Do yourself a favor: do not hire Morgan and Morgan. Find a trusted local attorney.
