  Excelente experiencia con el equipo de abogados de Defensa Criminal. Desde el primer momento me mantuvieron informada y me acompañaron durante todo el proceso.   Hines law office has been a true blessing to me. They came through for me in a mighty big way and right when I needed it. I had already got a check from them last year and last week I got a phone call saying I had another check waiting for me and it came right on time. Thank you Hines law office for what you do for people and helping them in a MIGHTY WAY!!! If you need a lawyer I recommend HINES LAW OFFICE, they will FIGHT FOR YOU AND GET YOU THE MAXIMUM 💪🤑

  AMAZING!!!!!!! I absolutely loved Vance patients and professionalism with me and taking care of my case !!! I absolutely feel like I would not have wanted any other lawyers… I’m a mom and I not gonna lie I needed to get back everything I deserved and that’s exactly what happened! Everyone I worked with that was assigned to my case was amazing and actually call u back when they say lol! Ty guy’s again!!!!!!

  The ABSOLUTE worst experience that I have ever experienced from a lawyer and a law first. Since 0 starts isn’t an option I am forced to give them a star that they do not deserve. I am not sure how the personal injury side of this law firm is, I’m sure it it’s great and helps a lot of people. However, the criminal defense division is awful. I mean abysmal! You will never talk to your lawyer. You will call up there and speak to a receptionist and be on hold for 5 minutes just from them to tell you that the person you are calling isn’t available. There’s no communication. I couldn’t even continue with them it was so awful. If your life is on the line please do yourself a favor or your loved one and stay AWAY from this law firm. I am a Christian man and I will never bear false witness. The things I am telling you are true regardless of the witty combative response they leave on my review. If you choose them anyways be prepared for a stressful experience as you will receive 0 information and consideration and be prepared to schedule an appointment to talk to the attorney a month prior to when you actually want to talk to him because as the paralegal told me “they can’t be on their phones all day”. - per Kimberly Fallas. Please heed my warning. Save your money because as soon as you pay your retainer fee you’ll be just another nuisance to their busy lives.

  Gracias a Dios, finalmente terminó mi caso por el accidente ocurrido el 28 de septiembre de 2025, en el cual Hines Law fue mi representante legal. Basándome en mi experiencia personal, no recomiendo esta firma. Durante más de diez meses enfrenté desorganización, información incorrecta y una comunicación muy deficiente entre los abogados, paralegales y demás empleados. En varias ocasiones me llamaban para darme cifras o información sin siquiera haber revisado previamente mi expediente. La persona encargada de negociar con las aseguradoras también me proporcionó datos y cantidades incorrectas. Parecía existir un “teléfono roto” constante entre los miembros del equipo. Recomiendo a quienes ya tengan un caso con esta firma que revisen cuidadosamente todas las cifras, los gastos y los documentos antes de firmar. En mi caso, aumentaron considerablemente los cargos por documentos y otros gastos adicionales. Tuve que reclamar y solicitar una revisión para que corrigieran y redujeran esos valores. Mi caso pudo haber sido relativamente sencillo, pero la falta de organización lo convirtió en un proceso muy complicado. Se cometieron tantos errores que la firma finalmente tuvo que reducir el porcentaje de sus honorarios. Además, una hospitalización relacionada con el accidente nunca fue incluida correctamente en el reclamo, y esa equivocación también influyó en la reducción de su tarifa. Sí quiero reconocer especialmente a Jonathan Oliva. Fue una excelente persona durante todo el proceso: me ayudó, mantuvo la calma y sirvió como intermediario para tratar de solucionar la situación. Fuera de esa experiencia positiva con Jonathan, no recomiendo esta firma. Por favor, piénsenlo muy bien antes de contratarla y revisen cada cifra y cada documento. Existen otros profesionales que pueden ofrecer una atención más organizada y verdaderamente enfocada en ayudar al cliente. No les doy cero estrellas porque la plataforma no lo permite. Mi experiencia con esta firma fue extremadamente negativa.
