  Our case began with our family understanding that my mother's case would be difficult to find representation due to my mother's age. Insurance companies deem the value of a person's life to be minimal when they are in their 90's. They feel an individual has lived a full life regardless of the type of death they experience. So ultimately, the settlements can be small. We were blessed that the firm of Law & Moran does not agree with insurance companies and the value standards they place on the elderly. They demonstrated many times through the process how personally connected they were to our family's story, our connection to each other, and our connection to our mother. They were committed to our receiving justice for the loss of our mother. Through their flawless strategy and immense talent at negotiating, we received a record settlement for our loss. We cannot thank them enough. They are talented and caring people!
