They refused to listen to my actual case before making an assumption."

I sat in on the call on her behalf, and the lawyer arrived about 40 minutes late with no communication, no clear agenda, and seemed to be reacting to the facts in real time rather than offering a structured legal assessment. Most of the advice felt like basic directional guidance rather than thoughtful, case specific analysis, and several parts of the conversation came across as uncertain and disorganized. Overall, it provided very little new information or value, and I do not believe the service justified the fee.
