  Words can not express how grateful I am for Sherri F. She was assigned to my case and I feel blessed that she was. I started this journey in 2022 and after my first denial, I quickly realized that I needed someone in my corner to help navigate, what is a very technical process. She believed I had a very strong case with an overwhelming amount of information/evidence and in 2023 she went to work for me. She fought for me every step of the way, and REFUSED to take no for an answer. I felt that she truly looked out for me. I implore anyone who is fighting for their benefits, make sure that Sherri Flannigan is your FIRST call. Thank you for everything!!!

  Danielle is by far the best attorney I've ever ran across. She's an asset to John Foy & associates. I was originally with "25%" lawyer ( dimmock & associates) they were horrible and I decided to switch. Danielle found out information and settled my case in 2 weeks after I had been going on 10 to 11 months and still didn't have information on if the other associate law firm had sent off my UIM claim. Not only did she handle my case professionally and promptly but she was also a friendly ear. My husband had passed away tragically during the case and I was absolutely broken. She felt like a friend to me as well. Is recommend her to anyone. She's been in the business as a lawyer for a very long time, intelligent, beautiful and the spirit of a warrior.   They do not care about your case. They literally told me that they were surprised that I was even given an offer. I had to fight for myself this entire time while nobody believed me at the beginning- they wouldn’t even care to cover my medical cost after being injured at Kroger‘s. Then I was scrutinized for going to the emergency room weeks after the incident when I couldn’t take the pain any longer. I couldn’t afford to see a doctor and they knew this and used that against me during my case. I could not afford to cover additional medical cost because I do not have insurance so I tried to work through the pain. Even my family was disappointed that I chose lawyers that didn’t believe in me because right from the start I was having to take care of everything by myself because of my profession.I am a housekeeper, and after signing my documents, they told me that they wish they would’ve known that during the consultation because that makes my case very weak because they can’t tell where my injury really came from. I did tell them during The initial consultation, but it was brought about as an issue to the case only after I signed paperwork. Which is why I stated earlier that I’ve been fighting for myself because not even my attorneys believe that my injuries were from my incident at Kroger‘s. Kroger‘s didn’t even take it seriously when it initially happened and wrote the report on a back of a piece of old mail. John Foy and associates take forever to do their due diligence so by the time they try to receive the video tapes they were getting pushed back, but I reached out to them immediately after I was injured. Yet, it took them weeks to follow up and get the video evidence . If you wanna fight for yourself and pay lawyers at the same time and prove your case against your lawyers and who you are defending yourself against, go ahead and do yourself the displeasure of hiring John Foy and associates.
