  John Foy took my case in March of this year. The first attorney that was assigned to my case was very rude Andrew MacPherson really don’t know how to communicate with clients so I asked for another attorney. After 3 months of physical therapy and going to all dr’s appointments and the new attorney reaching out to me the second week in June asking is everything was going good. I get a phone call two weeks later just as I was finishing physical therapy from an attorney which was not even the attorney that was assigned to my case told me they were dropping my case!!! Worked with me for four months then as soon as I was done with all appointments they call and tell me that!!! UNBELIEVABLE. Had the nerve to say my case wasn’t economically feasible. My question is why wait four months to tell me. I’ll never go back to JOHN FOY AGAIN AND I’LL NEVER SEND ANYONE THAT I KNOW TO THEM EVER AGAIN

  My Attorney Sharif Fulcher is absolutely amazing! His Assistant Marla was so kind to me. Attorney Sharif Fulcher's representation is stellar! Before John Foy's Law Firm, I had other lawyers who dropped my case. One of them laughed at me and told me "good luck, you really don't have a case". The other one dropped my case, with no explanation, and promised to connect me with another firm. And I found out they lied and never even tried to contact another law firm. They waited nearly a year. The other one said she couldn't locate the insurance company contact person. Then she later came back and said that she had too much of a workload and couldn't continue with my case. 6 months she waited. Then another one said to me that no one was going to take my case. Keep in mind that the Statutes of Limitations was running out. That's how they all did me. But God had another plan. It was John Foy's Law Firm. What a blessing to be delivered into the right hands. The hands of the Righteous. They were honest with me about everything. They told me what my options were and kept me informed every single step of the way. When I reached out to them, I received a response back in less than 24 hours. Each and every single time I either texted, or called and left a message, they responded. My Attorney attorney Sharif Fulcher fought very hard for me. He is very a true professional. He is caring, kind and is a blessing to me. I've spent 42 years of my government career working with lawyers and judges. And I tell you I know the difference when someone is just doing something just to be doing it, as opposed to someone who has a genuine heart who really cares for people to be treated right. That is what I experience with my Attorney Sharif Fulcher. Attorney Sharif was able to accomplish everything in less than 3 months, compared to all of those other lawyers put together. God didn't want those other lawyers to get one penny. Therefore, He allowed something to happen to make something happen. And that was for me to be represented by someone who is righteous and who has integrity and that is my Attorney, Sharif Fulcher and the John Foy Law Firm. I thank God for Attorney Sharif Fulcher and the John Foy Law Firm. I will be giving all of my referrals to the John Foy Law Firm. Because at the end of the day , they, The John Foy Law Firm, are the ones who are for the people.

  My first case a few years ago through John Foy went very well, good communication, very smooth process. However my current ongoing case has been a nightmare. The wreck happened 3 years ago, but the process has been slow due to the other driver contesting liability. Anyways my first attorney was doing a decent enough job updating me for a while before he suddenly parted ways with the firm (I was not notified of this). My current attorney is doing a terrible job of updating me after I reach out by email. Don't get me started on trying to get her on the phone, I NEVER get a call back after leaving a message when she doesn't answer. I am disappointed.

  I had john foy for a case. The case didn't go to court. John foy charged 40% to handle my case. Since my case didn't go to court and was settled out of court foys associate sheldon dart said I would only have to pay is 20%. We'll my case settled for 10,000. Medicare got back a little over 3,999. I received 1,001 and john for received 5,000 dollars that's 40% of my total pay out for my accident. I requested final paper work on billing from Sheldon dart. Never received anything. Mr dart said I should get a payment back from Medicare he was still working on I was duped out of 20% by john foy. Now going on five years never heard anything else from Shelton dart rep for john foy. Do not use this company for anything. If you do best of luck..

  Tore my atfl ligament a year in a half ago from stepping in a pothole. Ended up doing physical therapy missed out on money from missing work. Tons of hospital visits and ended up needing surgery. Soniya was my attorney and failed to get any settlement going for my favor. Wasted my time for a year and a half and now they don’t want to follow through with litigation. Extremely disappointed and should’ve looked for more experienced lawyer with a better background than John marshal law school. Hey I guess that’s what gets you no results. For a minute I believed this was the right choice but it wasn’t. Highly recommend to look for another law firm.
