  Hurley was a life saver when it came time to place my mom in a nursing home. They helped with everything from finding suitable places, drafting legal documents, and getting her approved for Medicaid. The whole team was very communicative. They provided detailed instructions every step of the way and responded promptly to all my questions. The whole process would have been much more stressful without them. I'm very glad we went with Hurley!

  It's rare when I visit or contact a business and feel compelled to immediately rave about the experience. My phone conversation with Joanna, intake coordinator, this morning was informative, helped me determine next steps for the care and financial considerations for my age 94 mom, and maybe most of all made me feel like I had a knowledgeable, caring soul on the other end of the line. I, and/or my Georgia friends and family who I refer to you, will definitely engage with your practice again.

  I highly recommend Hurley to any one seeking legal guidance for estate, care planning, etc. They do outstanding work and at a great value. They make a stressful discussion as stress free as it can be. I can’t say enough about how truly outstanding, prompt, compassionate, caring and I could go on that they all are.

  How does anyone know where to turn when you have a loved one who needs nursing home Medicaid? What do you do when you have know knowledge of estate requirements and you need help with what can be a stressful situation? You call Hurley Elder Care Law. We got so much help with getting my mom eligible for Medicaid after her stroke. She sadly passed away soon after and they were there when we had estate business to tend to. We had absolutely no idea what to do or where to go but Hurley was there and I highly recommend them to anyone with elderly family for estate planning and also working with nursing home Medicaid issues. We have referred family to them and friends as well. You do not have to feel like you don't know what to do next because they are there to help. It really took a stressful load off of us.
