I hired them a while back for a accident case I was having problems with, Sia in which I spoken to about the case recommended a local Orthopedic there cause I live out of town, && was having problems getting proper medical attention!! I came there, filled out all my paperwork, Plus gave her all that Info I had on the case!! While I was there, 2days before I'm due to leave, I'm rear ended at a stop light!! So I go the next day, give her that case info, by this time I'm hurt even more, && thoroughly pissed, I also filled out more paperwork!! Long story short I should have never given the 2nd case to them, cause as time went she'd get the 2confused, she lost, or wasted something on the paperwork, so it had to be redone twice!! She was suppose to set up a meeting for me to speak with Mr. Cereal in which never happened, so I stop speaking to her for a bit, Because I was at my final straw with her, the insurance companies, && the Drs, plus by this times my hair starts falling out by the handful leaving bald spots!! I finally call her to confirm her receiving paperwork, && to tell her that I feel I need to give the 2nd case to another lawyer, then she jumps to defense && deny any of the things I spoke of as if I have time to waste driving there just to get zero results, then agrees I need to find another lawyer!! The obvious when I can't even get a proper meeting with the person who's suppose to be handling my case!! This is very much so the short version of this, the longer version will be made in my complaint I'm filing against with the bar law assc, && bbb!! Here it is the first case is at statue of limitation in Aug, && I have to start all over, when these accidents already costing me enough!! I hired a lawyer for a reason, Just to get the run around!!!!!!! Then she was suppose to send me all this work she's so called done on my case, never happened cause it wasn't done!! She's a nice soft spoken person, but I totally feel she a bigger scatter brain than me!!!!!
