We have over 20 years of experience representing persons arrested and charged with DUI in the City of Atlanta, We can enter an appearance in Atlanta Municipal Court for your DUI arrest. Your first court appearance is usually at 8:00 am on the first business day after your arrest. If you hire us before your court date we can enter an appearance so you do not have to attend court. We will appear for you. You do not have to appear for arraignment, status or inquiry court dates in Atlanta Municipal Court if we are representing you. You are only required to appear for Final Plea dates in Atlanta Municipal Court when we represent you. If we can not resolve your DUI case favorably in Atlanta Municipal Court, then we can bind your case over to Fulton County State Court. In Fulton County State Court, we can represent you in any investigation, plea, motion hearing, judge trial or jury trial. We will not rest until you are satisfied.
