  Hands down one of the most ethical, honest attorneys I’ve encountered. He gave it to me straight no chaser told me I needed to meet three solid points for my type of employment case which I did. Mr. Weiss is in a league of rare attorneys because he told me my firm is smaller and the complexity of your case you need a larger firm because the smaller firms will do you no justice you need their resources to go up against my big bad employer I truly appreciated his honesty and wish more people took the time to be transparent. I’m glad he cut it down to the hard core facts I had to file three EEOC filings against my employer and I received my third right to sue letter. I hate good people go through work grievances especially ADA folks with one of the largest insurance carriers but if you want honest people that have your best interests at hand not just the dollar they can make and still take the time for you I highly recommend this firm. You helped me in ways you don’t know and I’m truly grateful for your expertise. You reminded me of Mr. Buckley he was a great guy too very honest we need more like you two.

  Amazing experience with Clifford. I needed an urgent consulation regarding my work agreements and conflicts and Clifford took the time to immediately review them for me and dilligently provided me guidance regarding my situation. It was obvious to me that he cared about me and my sitatution a lot compared to some other firms. I really appreciate your great consulation and I'd definitely be back for my next work related needs.

  I waited a few weeks to write this, as I wanted it to be as sincere and concise as possible. Mr. Weiss is a diamond amongst coal, and yes, I know that coal turns to diamonds. I had an employment related issue/question, in which I called to ask advice. Most attorneys, if they have the time, will give you 10 minutes of their time to hear your question and direct you accordingly. Mr. Weiss went above and beyond that. I had a disability related question. He was bluntly honest in how myself and my doctor went about my specific situation the wrong way. He didn't sugar coat it, he didn't solicit services, he simply told me where I went wrong. I took what Mr. Weiss told me, and applied it to my situation. A week later I called him back to update him (which he didn't ask for), and ask another question. He didn't remember me at first, as he speaks to many people. Once he remembered me, he gave me another lengthy chat and continued to point me in the right direction. I worked for a matrimonial (divorce) lawyer in college who charged $500/hr, and that was 20 years ago. Mr. Weiss gave me two chats at no cost to me, which I know is a cost to him, and he didn't turn me down. This is a prime example of an attorney that gives a toss about his locals. If this is how Mr. Weiss treats a non-paying annoying answer seeker, I can only imagine the level of top notch service that he delivers to anyone that needs to hire him to pursue a specific outcome. Mr. Weiss, if you read this, "Thank You".
