- EEEmilyMar 5, 20261.0I have been a legal assistant for several years and have interacted with esquire hundreds of times. They are by far the worst court reporting company I have to interact with. When you call the lady who always answers is so rude it ruins my mood every single time. She is condescending and mean. They are so lazy, to the point where lately if I send a deposition notice they still send me back another email requesting me to fill out all of the information that is on the notice. No other court reporting company does this. I will always use veritext or magna before I use esquire and I only use them if our client requires us to. Every time I see the company logo I get a wave of irritation. Do not use this company. Spare yourself.
- MCMichael CampNov 17, 20161.0Received a call after hours the day before depositions advising that a court reporter was not available for depositions the following morning. We were advised that someone would return our phone call to resolve this matter but we never received a phone call. We confirmed 24 hours prior. Needless to say, no court reporter showed for the depositions. We have still yet to receive any answers as to why this happened. We will never use their services again.
