  I only wish I had found Cathy Cooper from the very beginning. Cathy was my second divorce attorney after my case had dragged on for more than five years with very little progress. By the time she stepped in, I was frustrated, exhausted, and honestly losing faith that my divorce would ever be resolved. Cathy immediately recognized the problems with how my case had been handled and went to work. She was exactly what I needed: a bulldog when she needed to be, strategic, knowledgeable, direct, and not afraid to push when things were not moving. After years of feeling like my case was going nowhere, it was an incredible relief to finally have an attorney who took control, advocated for me, and actually moved things forward. What I appreciate most about Cathy is that her toughness is matched by genuine compassion. She gave me honest advice, even when it was difficult to hear, and I trusted that she was looking out for my best interests. I have a special needs daughter and Cathy dug in deep to make sure we were doing the best for her. I also cannot say enough good things about everyone at Hastings Shadmehry . Every person I dealt with was professional, responsive, patient, and kind. During an incredibly stressful chapter of my life, that kindness mattered more than they probably realize. If I could go back and change one thing about my divorce, I would have hired Cathy Cooper on day one. I truly believe I could have saved myself years of frustration, stress, and expense. I am incredibly grateful to Cathy and the entire Hastings Shadmehry team for finally helping me get to the other side. Five stars simply are not enough.
