  I worked with Mike Jacobs for the past 2 months on a commercial building purchase. I have to say his communication, actions, and his quick responses to the seller's lawyers was just amazing.   I worked with Michael Penn in 2022. It was a strange case to collect from a client that partially paid. We were successful and collected. In September of 2025, I hired them to collect from another customer who tried to only partially pay the invoice. We went through all the steps, and I received the original invoice amount plus my legal fees. If you want polite lawyers who follow up with you consistently and attack the enemy and come out victorious -Briskin, Cross and Sanford, LLC deliver results. We are in process with my former CRM software company - we need to get the documents back they lost. We have received most of the documents back. If you ever have to transfer data - be very careful or just don’t do it unless you have to. I give this firm my highest recommendation! Thank you 🙏
