  The Malmberg Firm LLC is great to work with as a buyer. First transaction: Jan. 2025, DE property, I was in FL - communication was perfect, documents received, signed and closed on time. Second transaction: April 2026, DE property, I was in DE. Karle was very, very pleasant to work with and I was happy to meet her in person. She had to deal with a couple of hiccups (from the seller side) but seemed to take it in stride. And Melissa is always courteous and willing to assist. I called after the second transaction and she emailed the information to me in less than an hour! No question that I will use their service, when needed, in the future.
