  Stay away from Morgan and Morgan. Like others have said they are not for the people. You actually don’t talk to Morgan and Morgan when you call their number it’s a subcontractor attorney or pretending to be an attorney and if they feel like they can’t make money off of it. They won’t even take your case. Terrible experience stay away And save yourself some time and effort and go with somebody else in your area.

  Terrible experience for me and my mother. We hired them due to an auto accident. There was little to no communication for 3 weeks. The case manager based out of Georgia. Her name is Shabnam Ajani. She has no sympathy, very rude in the phone, acts like she doesn't enjoy her job and wasn't enthused to help or give us any direction. If you get her run far far away. The lawyer is Hunter Ames based out of Washington DC also has no contact until my mother had to call the firm and have her request escalated then all of a sudden Hunter Ames calls and say " oh we can't take your case we are turning it down because we can't determine liability" . Which is totally false because I've sent video evidence, witness statements, and the lady who ran a red light and got ticketed by the police was at fault so liability was 110% clear. The reputation of Morgan and Morgan was not seen at all. If my case wasn't worth taking on why would you have me schedule all these appointments, collect all this evidence ( which is your job), make calls, reach out to people when you should be doing that. I would never hire these frauds again especially having Shabnam Ajani and Hunter Ames representing you then you need to immediately request another case manager and attorney. Thank me later!

  Their communication skills are very poor and disappointing . I was in the dark for most of the time during my time working with them. I would have to triple text at times to get an update. Questions were barely answered and I had no idea what was going on during my claim. Yes it was resolved but I was kept in the dark and not regularly updated. I would recommend a different company that does communicate regularly and clearly with its company.
