  Vanessa made me feel heard and I feel like I'm in good hands with Morgan and Morgan. Of course needing a personal injury lawyer is not ideal, but she made the process less stressful. I highly recommend

  DO NOT GO TO THEM! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THEM. Go anywhere else.. but them. Take it from a young kindhearted nursing student. They are all Red Flags. I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan based on my personal experience. I hired Morgan & Morgan after my motor vehicle accident because I genuinely believed they would help me navigate everything while I focused on getting medical treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what I expected. I was already dealing with significant injuries, including a TBI, severe injuries, severe pain and spasms, (that was delayed in being diagnoses partially due to them,) and multiple medical appointments. I was also trying to keep working and going to school while dealing with everything that came with the accident. I needed an attorney who would actually help me navigate the process because I was already overwhelmed. Instead, I experienced problems with communication and had difficulty getting the guidance and consistency I needed. Eventually, the attorney handling my case dropped the case after returning from vacation. I was left trying to figure out my treatment and claim on my own while I was still injured and my treatment was still ongoing. What made the situation worse was trying to recover my previous case information afterward. I had been tracking my symptoms and pain, and some of that information was lost when the application I had been using was deleted. I have now had to contact the firm multiple times just to try to obtain my previous case file and information that I need for my ongoing situation. I understand that not every case works out the way a client hopes. My issue is the lack of support and communication I experienced while I was dealing with serious injuries and trying to manage everything at once. I am leaving this review because I hope someone who is injured and considering hiring a large law firm understands that they should ask very specific questions about who will actually handle their case, how communication will work, and what happens if the firm decides to stop representing them. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, I would not choose Morgan & Morgan again. Ever.
