  I’ve worked with attorney James Saintvil over the past two years for estate planning and will changes. He’s fantastic to work with and makes complicated issues much easier to understand. James is very responsive by phone and email and never becomes annoyed with even the most naive questions. He provided very personable and knowledgeable advice through a hectic time in my life (retirement, selling/buying a home, moving cross-country) and was happy to help me revisit my will and estate documents after my life settled down and circumstances changed. When it came time for signatures in person, Jayde Law is totally efficient with witnesses and a notary at the ready, making final actions smooth and stress-free.

  I approached getting my estate documents assembled with a sense of dread and foreboding. Candidly it's not something I really want to confront. But, after meeting James I realized my fears were unfounded! He is incredibly smart yet empathetic about the process. He took very complex decisions and made them simple to understand. He guided me through all the difficult choices and created a customized set of documents to cover possibilities I never even considered. But, more than that, he has a passion for his work that is infectious. I found myself looking forward to talking with him and meeting him to sign all my papers. Now, I can sleep well knowing that my child is covered in case something happens to me and my family won't have to worry what I wanted - it's all clearly spelled out and ready for any calamity that may befall me. James made what would otherwise have been a tedious and unhappy process one that I enjoyed and am relieved to have done. I’ve had the opportunity to recommend James to friends and every time I do, I smile knowing they will be as happy as I am. Quite simply, James is the BEST!

  If you are like me you probably are not aware of all of the many reasons that you need to an estate plan. Working with James is very educational and you become very aware of some of the risks that you are taking by not having a good plan in place. James will work with you to develop a plan is specific to your needs and not just an off the shelf, all or none estate plan. He is very professional and more importantly he is very responsive. He truly does put your family first!
