  Extremely disappointing experience We are extremely disappointed with the service we received. Initially, we paid $250 for a consultation, during which we were given considerable hope and reassurance about our case. After taking some time to consider everything, we decided to proceed and contacted the firm to move forward. Unfortunately, after that, our emails were repeatedly left unanswered. When we tried calling, we either received no response or were told that someone would get back to us. Eventually, we received an email informing us that they would not be able to proceed with our case because they had too many cases at the moment. If they were already aware that they were unable to take on our case due to their workload, we do not understand why they agreed to an initial consultation, accepted our fee, discussed the process and costs in detail, and gave us the impression that they would be able to assist us. This has not only wasted our time and money but has also caused significant stress and uncertainty. Immigration matters are extremely sensitive and can have a major impact on people's lives, so we expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and consideration. We understand that firms can become busy, but clients should be informed honestly and promptly about whether their case can be taken on, rather than being given hope and then turned away at the last minute. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend their service based on our experience.

  I have the pleasure to meet with Attorney Welcome last Wednesday for an Immigration case. Attorney Welcome was punctual for the meeting. We discussed in detail the process of the case. Attorney Welcome was knowledgeable of all the process and he is a true gentleman. My fiancee and I will be meeting with him before the end of the year to continue our immigration process.   I have been calling for a renewal since about May, all now I can’t get a paralegal to call. Called twice in July we are about to enter the month of August. Quick to take your money the first time after that they don’t care like everybody else. Three star only because they are fast and I am being fair.
