  I scheduled an appointment with this office regarding my wife’s H-1B visa. Initially, I was informed that the earliest available appointment would be in three days. After those three days passed, I received a call stating that the attorney was sick and asking if I wanted to reschedule for another three days later. Assuming this was a one-time situation, I agreed. When the new appointment day arrived, my wife and I both arranged our schedules and headed to their office for our 9:00 AM appointment. However, at 8:44 AM—when I was just two minutes away from their location—I received another call informing me that the attorney was sick again and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Considering that the H-1B filing window is extremely time-sensitive, this level of unreliability is very concerning. We lost valuable time and work hours due to these last-minute cancellations. If timing and professionalism are important for your case, this experience raises serious concerns about the reliability of this service.
