    I can not begin to say in words how Tim and his administrator assistant, Amy, showed my son support and kindness, when there was so much fear and trepidation. They worked tirelessly. Tim went to court with my son , as often as needed to keep my son out of jail . Tim showed my son, through example, hard work and the importance of accountability and acknowledgment of your own mistakes. My son said to me , “Tim saved my life “ . I, as a parent, can never repay my gratitude. I can and will recommend his services in the absolute best way. SO, thank you Tim and Amy. Another shout out to Amy, whose own incredible amount of knowledge and kindness to me , made all the difference. Again many thanks !!!

    I called the day before Good Friday in the afternoon. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant and took down why I was calling. I explained some of it and then she said something like, stop right there because you’re going to have to re-explain it to attorney Moynihan. She continued saying that he was in court and may or may not be able to call you today, and that we are closed tomorrow. She said he will definitely call you on Monday. Monday no call, Tuesday no call. I called Wednesday morning and how quickly her pleasantness turned the other way around. She continued saying that I will talk to him and get back to you and tell you whether he thinks you have a case or not. No call on Wednesday no call on Thursday. If I could give you no stars I would.
