  I unequivocally recommend Attorney James Cuddy to anyone who’s facing a divorce. I had just begun treatment for cancer at the same time that I also was facing what I knew would be a contentious, difficult divorce. Fortunately for me, Jim was exactly the attorney I needed at that time in my life. He’s compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Jim knew when to listen and when to firmly take command and lead. He knew which battles to fight and which were a waste of time and money. A divorce agreement was reached where I received those assets that were most important to me. Looking back, I feel fortunate that my initial consultation was with Attorney Cuddy (whom has his own practice) rather than with one of the large law firms. I came away from that initial consultation with the assuredness that Attorney Cuddy would be the right fit for me. As it turned out, he was exactly that.
