From the initial outreach to and through the entire case, Dan has been a consummate professional and always available to answer questions and listen to my concerns. The communication from Dan, Dora, Lori, Nicole, and Paulette has been prompt, clear, and open. This team made, what can be a stressful and protracted process, easy and pleasant. They always handled us, and the case, with dignity and integrity. The outcome was no less outstanding, and my whole family is grateful for the support and expertise they brought to our case.   Horrible experience. Reached out in March 2026. Now May 2026 and there has been little to no effort moving forward on my case. Consultation fee of $750 was a waste of money and my time. Terrible communication, short staffed and no commitment from the office staff. Would not recommend using this law firm.
