  I recently read Attorney Larry Adler's response to my review, and I feel it’s important to clarify the facts to help others make an informed decision. I provided all necessary evidence to Mr. Adler in a timely manner, yet my experience with his services was not only disappointing by disturbing. My insurance company, Liberty Mutual, had been stalling the payment of my claim. When I contacted the Department of Insurance, they informed me that Liberty Mutual appeared to be delaying the claim in hopes of passing the statute of limitations. I hired Mr. Adler to ensure that Liberty Mutual would proceed with the legally required appraisal process. Unfortunately, my interactions with Mr. Adler were frustrating. He was unorganized, exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior, and, in my opinion, appeared to undermine the case. The most alarming moment was in court when he admitted that he had been actually doing work with the opposing law firm—which pointed to playing for the other side-a clear conflict of interest. Despite bringing this to the judge's attention, the issue was not addressed. I am sharing this review to help others avoid a similar experience. It is important to work with an attorney who will act in your best interests and maintain professional integrity. Based on my experience, I would advise severe caution when considering Mr. Adler for legal representation.

  They say first impressions really last. Attorney Adler from the initial stages of my case was very accommodating and compassionate. He handled the case with extreme competence and professionalism.
