  Incapable of bring criminals to justice. The irony thwy are a criminal justice firm. Whem people commit criminal acts that violates law its supposed to be attorneys job to bring them to justice. Instead you get "yeah thats not what our firm does"..... blatant incompetence

  On October 14 / 2023. My step brother was at his house at 8:47pm while unloading grocery's from his car when he was attacked by 6 attackers on his own private property. When he shot the 6 attacker's in self defense with bear spray he was arrested when police arrived at the seen due to the ridiculous law in Connecticut that is referred to as the no castle law. Now for anyone that doesn't under stand what the castle law is it means that you do not have the rite to defend you're self on you're own private property. And are only permitted to dial 911 . now with that being said. The torrington police dept didn't want to arrest my step brother for this and thought that the no castle law is ridiculous. But they had a job to do and I respect that. What i don't respect is and attorney like Jayson Messina that claimed he should help my brother to get off of these ridiculous charge's and lied to him the whole way thoroughly through the court case and failed to do his job and was biased and didn't investigate. This attorney was a terrible person at his job and would never return my call's and didn't take the time to ever discuss the details of the case. / I had been calling him for months to meet with me to talk about the court case. And my brother. And in the end my brother went to prison and lost his home and every thing he worked hard for in life. Due to jason Messinas negligence and terrible job as his attorney. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to any one. And I contacted the bar association on my brothers behalf after he was stabed by and inmate at the prison. If jayson Messina. Read's this in which I'm sure he will ...then I want him to know that because of him my brothers life was destroyed. And jayson Messina will answer to Jesus Christ our Lord and savour for it on his day of judgment. That's all I have to say. . .

  Had a great positive experience with Jason. He was on point, listened to my concerns and gave me straight answers in regards to retrieving a security deposit. He is honest and trustworthy and will deliver as promised, I highly recommend him. Thank you for your great service!
