From the start, he demonstrated a deep understanding of the law and was able to clearly explain my options without overwhelming me with jargon. I especially appreciated how straightforward he was—no sugarcoating, just honest, practical advice that helped me make informed decisions. He was also very accessible throughout the process, always responsive to my questions and concerns. It made a stressful situation feel much more manageable knowing I could rely on timely communication and clear guidance. Overall, I felt confident and well-supported every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, direct, and dependable attorney.
- FSFrancisco SandovalMar 31, 20261.0This is a rude and unprofessional office. A complaint has been filed with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, the CBA and the EAP that I was referred by. Both the attorney and staff member I spoke with were condescending, arrogant, sarcastic, deceptive and full of attitude. Based off prior reviews and my experience, it is obvious they are in the habit of mistreating people. Avoid the headache and seek legal advice/help elsewhere.
- EMEmily MeekFeb 23, 20221.0I inquired with Mr. Morrow for some help with a collections suite. I was referred to him through my employees assistance program at work. I am not sure if it is because I wouldn’t be paying full price, because I am young, or maybe he just had something going on that day. But he was very rude and disrespectful towards me. Belittled me and made me feel inferior and stupid, even so far as leaving me in tears before the end of our consult. What should have been a 30 minute consult, he cut short and did not allow me my full time. Then for him to tell me that I could pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for him to ‘make some phone calls’ and ‘just see’ what he could do did not sit right with me. I hope this isn’t the norm for him considering he is in a business to help people.
