  After leaving my last rental, my landlord took my $2750 security deposit and forwarded me a bill seeking just under *$14,000* in erroneous charges. It was really worrying, but Sue my Landlord saw the evidence I had and agreed to help. Rebecca, Dan, and Kai were all tremendously helpful throughout the entire process. They drafted a demand letter, and the day my landlords received it they immediately reversed course and returned my entire security deposit. I could not be happier with the service I received working with this company. Thank you!

  Incredibly unprofessional. Poor communication for a business. They will tell you, "we will reach back out on this day" and then never do. Then when you reach back out they'll go, "oh yeah we don't want the case" but not provide any reasoning.
