- JVJ VSep 12, 20261.0I called twice for intake spring and later summer 2026 related to serious HOA, property sales and neighbor issues and nothing ever happened. My intake went into a dark hole and was lost. A conflict check was never done and I was never called back. I was conflicted out of a couple other local firms due to attorneys representing the HOA and the realtor-broker. Many local attorneys recommended this firm specifically for HOA and real estate issues in Mesa County. The neighbor issues escalated and I was forced to hire another local attorney. The other issues I am figuring out on my own and am pro se. I'll take those filings as far as I can and then most likely have to hire a Denver attorney finish the issue or help me collect judgments. I am extremely disapointed and frustrated. I genuinely needed help and was ignored. I guess there was a staffing issue. But honestly if your staff can't take an accurate intake message and pass it along to an intake person or paralegal and attorney for a conflict check there is a serious issue. I spent thousands with another firm, that's how serious the first issue was. I will spend hundreds on court filing fees on my own as I figure it out on my own.

- JPJ POct 19, 20191.0Too long to type but one day our case is winnable and the next you don't have a case, then you show them, maybe for the 3rd or fourth time eveidence, pictures, and witnesses to testify. Then she fired us by email with no explanation or even a phone call. But she charged us 10,000 and five months before she saw some conflict. Now she wants paid for doing nothing. She talked more to the guy we were suing than us and then used his verbiage against us. We are left devasted and looking for a new attorney 2 weeks before trial. Never go here.
