  Katherine was incredibly communicative and was always available for every question or concern every step of the way. After my accident, I was trying to focus on recovering while medical bills were piling up and there was an overwhelming amount of information, paperwork, and communication to deal with. Katherine and Jenn truly took that weight off my shoulders. They handled everything so I could focus on healing, which meant more to me than I can say. Throughout the entire process, she was thoughtful, sincere, patient, and always made sure I understood what was happening with my case. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on or what came next. I didn't have any family or friends that have needed a lawyer for something like this (thankfully), so I was not sure where to turn.   We are so thankful to the VanMeveren team for their support of our daughter after she was involved in a serious bicycle accident. My wife and I live several states away and were unable to find out any details about the accident.   Karl and Amy are a great team. During my accident they were both there for me to answer any questions, guide my wife and with any decisions that had to be made. Karl came to my house to deliver documents and had me sign all that needed to be signed due to my impaired ability to walk. Amy was there in full support along with Karl. You cannot go wrong with these two on your team. They both put in countless hours to handle my claim and went above and beyond of what was expected of them. I hope I never have to use them again, but If I do, they will be my first phone call. They are fantastic and recommend using them.
