- TLTaylor LancasterOct 5, 20265.0My wife an I had our vehicle hit by a city street sweeper where the city was 100% at fault, and CIRSA claimed governmental immunity and refused to pay for any damages, but offered to consider a "good neighbor" offer to pay for our insurance's deductible. We spoke with Meg Foley over the phone about the situation, and she was incredibly calm, knowledgeable, and honest, and told us that even though it may not feel satisfying, that moving forward with the offer to pay the deductible would be the least expensive and likely best outcome for us. Which was incredibly honest and appreciated. We may not have pursued an actual case with them, but it was clear even from a quick 15 minute consultation that they really care and would be incredible to work with.
