From my very first interaction with their office to the resolution of my case, I was treated with a level of professionalism, compassion, and genuine attention that is rare to find. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this firm. Carrie is an exceptional attorney who walked me through a very challenging legal process with patience, clarity, and remarkable skill.   First and foremost this review is specifically pertaining to family law/divorce. Lots of avenues I can start with to say how horrid this experience was. I dealt with Kerry Leggo. She spoke big and vicious to me to let me know all the things I could not do because I would be in trouble however all at the same time this law firm and Kerry allowed my ex wife to get away with everything under the sun. My ex wife and her family tried to corner me many times at gas stations and on the road, even with social media. The only thing that saved me in court was my dash cam. This law firm allowed my ex wife to steal all my personal belongings and sell them with out repercussions. They allowed my ex wife to make up lies with no fight in court. It’s really funny actually even the first court date when my ex wife showed up in court with the person she was sleeping with whom was my so called friend my lawyer didn’t point any of that out. I went from being a stay at home dad raising my son to never seeing him at all. Going on 2 years I don’t even know what he looks like, sounds like or even is alive anymore. Finally I had to find a new lawyer after paying these fools a ton of money because every email and phone call was charged for and Kerry did not know how to pursue anything in court. Please I beg everyone when you are looking for a family lawyer do not waste your time at this place. My new lawyer is amazing but RCDaley allowed me to get screwed so far beyond repair I honestly don’t think I’ll ever see my son again and he’s only 6. I had a clean record not even a speeding ticket. It’s almost like my ex wife was paying them off at the same time.

  Carrie and Katy were an absolute pleasure to work with. I reached out a week prior to my court date for a traffic ticket, and was unsure if Carrie would be able to take my case with such short notice, but they never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience or came to them with too little time. Katy was prompt with communication, and Carrie was clear and proactive with a plan. The day of my court appearance, Carrie arrived an hour early to meet with the prosecutor to discuss my case and was able to get the points and fines reduced. Her proactiveness and support was a huge anxiety relief for me, and truly was invaluable, even for a quick and easy case like mine.
