  I can’t recommend Mahoney Law enough. When my daughter was in the hospital, we urgently needed a Power of Attorney, and they stepped in when most attorneys wouldn’t have been able to help on such short notice. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They handled everything quickly while taking the time to explain each step and making sure we felt confident that everything was done correctly. During one of the most stressful times for our family, Mahoney Law went above and beyond. I’m truly grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of legal services. They will be my first call for any legal needs in the future.

  We were so lucky to come across Kevin and his team at Mahoney Law. My wife was misdiagnosed by a pathologist and as a result she had to undergoe extensive surgeries, chemo and radiation. Kevin's understanding of medical malpractice and his caring nature is what led to a significant win for our family.   In 2017 my husband spent 77 days in the Hospital, mostly in ICU. About 50 days into his stay I realized we were having trouble and not being taken care of like I thought we should be. I contacted several attorneys and they all sent me large packets to fill out and send back. I left a message for Kevin and within hours he called me back. I told him my story and situation. Right away he said” I can take your case and win it!!!” He had won other cases against the hospital before. I hired him right there and then. Over the next several months I worked in his boardroom and went through all the insurance papers, notes that I had taken and hospital bills. He was so patient and helpful. He always made me feel welcome and not a burden. He developed the case. He explained to me how to go through the deposition. He sat by me as I went through that process. Having him by my side made me feel safe and protected. During the time when I was fighting to get my husband healthy again and preparing to go after the hospital, he was a constant source of reassurance and strength. He was always positive and supportive. What impressed me was how confident he was that we would win. And guess what, we did. Thank you Kevin for everything you did for us. You helped us right a wrong that had been done to us. Our hope is that the hospital will not let it happen again to someone else.
