  My late father hired Frank Danzo III (“Danzo”) to complete a revocable living will and trust a few years after my mother passed in 2014. My father passed towards the end of last year and I was unable to locate my father’s estate plan. I knew to contact Danzo, because my brother and I met him during my father’s first meeting with Danzo, which was the same meeting that my father decided to hire Danzo. To make a very long story short, after being paid in full (according to Danzo), this attorney is claiming that my father’s Will was never singed, that he paid in full, but never came into to sign the final documents. After the Denver Probate Court named me as the Personal Representative for my father’s estate, I contacted Danzo again. Via email I requested the receipt stating he was paid in full, billables detailing the work done to draft the will and trust, and a draft of the will and trust. After sending an email to Danzo personally requesting the information above he responded by telling me to stop harassing him and that he didn’t owe me anything. We are in probate court due to this attorney’s decision to neglect his responsibilities towards my father while living and deceased.

  My late mother used them and had a document prepared by them which would have avoided probate but instead of informing me that this document existed they wanted me to pay them to go through probate, among other things, which this document would have avoided and then they gaslit me into making me believe that I am performing "stupidity" which really is one step removed from actually calling me stupid. I even called them after my late mothers passing looking for next steps and they were near useless then as well. Don't know how they are in business for this long other than their ability to, seemingly and in my opinion, prey on the elderly and the ignorance of people in dire need of help.

  We have used the services at Chayet & Danzo for over 10 years. We originally were there for estate planning and helping us make our wills and POA. Frank Danzo is great to work with and very professional! He had alot of ideas of things we did not think about. We highly recommend him and continue to use their services to keep our documents up to date.
