- JLJulien LipsJun 23, 20261.0I dont generally do bad reviews but if i could give 0 stars I would. My good friend gary passed away and his sister payed them 7grand to do a simple probate estate under 70k which should cost no where in that range. But unfortinetly i lost my job and i was trying to get a probate loan on the money that was left to me in this hard time while im greieving my friends death. They literally ignored every message thst the probate loan officer sent. It was a simple 3 questions for them to verify so i could get the loan amd they sent an email 2 weeks after saying they refuse to spend their valuable time answering 3 simple questions so i could get the help i needed and they will not be responding to any other requests. Like seriously this is a difficult time for me and they will be compensated 7grand and they cant even spend 10mins of their time to help out the people who are dealing with these difficult times of loss. Stay away because compassion they have none. When your going through hard times its importsmt to choose a law firm that has compassion and understanding about what your going thrOUgh loosing someone in your life. SO CHOOSE WISELY. They only care about the money and not the people. Make sure you do your due diligence when it comes to choosing a firm to represent you. Sometimes you need to really check you have the right people in your corner when your going through it. Because when that time comes and tbey are not there for you its not the place you want to be in. Its infuriating to need simple help from someone that your life really depends on and they wont lift a finger to help.
