  The entire team at was nothing short of helpful, understanding, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my case. What started as a fairly straightforward divorce became extremely challenging, and Joe Ward was there every step of the way to guide me through the process. Joe has a deep understanding of family law and litigation, but what stood out most was his ability to explain everything clearly and in a way that made me feel informed and prepared. Walking into court is stressful, but because of Joe’s guidance and strategic approach, I felt confident and supported the entire time. While the judge ultimately makes the final decision, Joe’s preparation, advocacy, and attention to both me and my children absolutely helped make the process less overwhelming and led to a better outcome than I expected.   I joked with Justin in our first meeting that I almost didn’t call because he had the same last name as my ex. I am so glad I pushed past that ridiculous sentiment and reached out. I would have missed out on the exact Attorney I needed. I cannot say enough about Justin as a professional and human. He and Kevin, his paralegal, have been there to get my kids and myself through some extremely difficult times. It’s not easy to sit in front of a man and tell your story feeling as scared, alone and unsure as I felt. He won’t coddle you or make false promises. I really didn’t want him to. I didn’t want all the things other people want in divorce cases, but that didn’t make our case any easier. In fact, I’m sure it was quite the opposite. I just needed someone to HEAR us, and see us. Justin did that, and he let me know exactly how he felt he could approach our situation. He is not a “used car salesman” type of an attorney, and I am so appreciative of that. I think a true professional like Justin stands on his word and on his merits. I am fully certain he can tell when people have reached their limit of lies, deception, and misinformation. I needed someone to be kind, firm, real, determined, patient, and also to tell me when I need to trust him. My kids and I are learning to trust the process, and Justin and Kevin have helped me believe there are great people in the legal field. Kevin is one of the most kind and compassionate people you will ever talk to. In those moments you are sure you can’t keep going; they are a team who will help you move forward. There is nothing I wouldn’t trust Justin and team with legally for my family. I believe whole heartedly he wants the best for his clients.

  Justin and Jamie helped me through my divorce. Not only did they take care of my legal needs, they helped with my financial needs and making sure my daughter’s needs were met as well. What I appreciate most from this team is that from the very first phone call I made to them to finishing my case up, they helped turn me from an emotional mess to a confident, strong, independent mom/person. They really take care of the whole person through the legal process. I did meet with other lawyers before meeting with Justin, and he was the first one to calm me down and give me hope that I was going to get through to the other side. You’ll be in good hands with this team.
