  Malcolm is hands down the best attorney around. Throughout the entire process of a complicated issue, he never sugar coated anything and is straight forward every step of the way with the best game plan to approach everything. Just meeting with him you know he is the best attorney and is not just out to clear your bank account. He genuinely cares about his clients and their best interests. I hope to never need his services again but I do recommend him to anyone for any issue. I couldn't be more thankful and happy for the outcome we had because of him. Also for the bad reviews - Malcolm is not your families attorney, He is only looking out for your best interest and not what a family member can google and decide they know the law better than him.

  I recently had an extremely serious, life-changing case hanging over my head... The smartest decision I've made that's related to this case was contacting the Law Offices of Malcolm B. Seawell, which was also a life-saving decision. I've been working with Justin and Malcolm - these guys are absolutely mind-blowing and exceptional! They not only have fullfilled every single promise, but most importantly the final outcome ended up being much better than I had initially expected! Definitely 5 stars!!!   I recommend Malcolm and his team for anyone who needs a lawyer. He is phenomenal! I was facing a very serious case that could’ve resulted in extremely severe penalties.
