  Malcolm is hands down the best attorney around. Throughout the entire process of a complicated issue, he never sugar coated anything and is straight forward every step of the way with the best game plan to approach everything. Just meeting with him you know he is the best attorney and is not just out to clear your bank account. He genuinely cares about his clients and their best interests. I hope to never need his services again but I do recommend him to anyone for any issue. I couldn't be more thankful and happy for the outcome we had because of him. Also for the bad reviews - Malcolm is not your families attorney, He is only looking out for your best interest and not what a family member can google and decide they know the law better than him.

  I recently had an extremely serious, life-changing case hanging over my head... The smartest decision I've made that's related to this case was contacting the Law Offices of Malcolm B. Seawell, which was also a life-saving decision. I've been working with Justin and Malcolm - these guys are absolutely mind-blowing and exceptional! They not only have fullfilled every single promise, but most importantly the final outcome ended up being much better than I had initially expected! Definitely 5 stars!!!   I recommend Malcolm and his team for anyone who needs a lawyer. He is phenomenal! I was facing a very serious case that could’ve resulted in extremely severe penalties. It didn’t seem to be looking good for me. Malcom and his team got the case entirely dismissed. This was a truly life changing outcome, that I know was only achieved through the immense skill Malcolm and his partners bring to their clients. Thank you Malcolm, Justin, Braxton, and the rest of the office for everything you did for me and my family!

  Malcolm was referred to us by the law offices of Moeller Graf. My adult son (JS) had been served with a frivolous court order. Although Malcolm was unavailable for the court date the following day, he explained the court process and provided invaluable guidance to JS. We planned to engage Malcolm after the initial hearing, but the Petitioner suddenly dropped the charges in court the next day. All worked out very well and mostly because of Malcolm's astute listening and questioning that enabled JS to prepare for a very stressful court appearance.
