It was my first time dealing with a law firm and I wasn't very confident, but they went above and beyond what I expected. Insurance was difficult, arguing about what would and would not be covered, but Western States Law didn't back down. Even though it has been nearly three years since the accident, they kept fighting until insurance covered everything they were required to. I hope I never get in another accident where I need representation, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. Thank you!

- TFTj FushimiMar 20, 20265.0I was hit on the highway by another driver and and had a neck injury with herniated disc as a result after a few months of treatment insurance started pushing back not wanting to pay even after doctor said I would need more treatment. I contacted Dallas and western states law and met with them. Kris took over my case and handled everything beautifully. It was so stressful dealing with the insurance until Kris got involved I’m so thankful for Dallas Kris and the rest of the crew for taking care of my case not only was I able to get rest of the medical treatment I needed they got me a settlement as well. I hope I never need them again, but if I’m ever in the situation again, they are for sure who I will use.
