- TWTihara WilliamsJun 30, 20265.0Dan is the absolute best to work with and works with his clients to get their desired outcomes. A lawyer is only as effective as their clients allow them to be, the goal is to make it a partnership, but you have an advocate who is working towards your best interest. I love Dan's spirit, passion, and most importantly his knowledge of the subject. I am flummoxed by his rating of a 3.7, this is not the team that I know and honestly it is tough for attorneys to defend these one-sided reviews because of Attorney/Client privilege. Lastly, attorneys aren't miracle workers and have to work within the confines of the laws and OWCP/FECA has some interesting rules when it comes to what can happen. And if you don't like those rules, then the next move is to address the OWCP issues with your members of the Legislative Branch so amazing attorneys like Dan, have different rules to protect us. Keep up the good work Brown & Goodkin, one of my best decisions was retaining this firm.
