  After leaving messages with multiple firms and getting no returned calls, I contacted Mary who returned my call instantly. As a business owner myself, it was nice to encounter another professional who cares deeply about service. I reached out to Mary regarding a real estate legal transaction. She took time to listen to my situation and did not rush me through the details. She was knowledgeable, understood the transaction from all points of view (realtor, buyer, seller, escrow) and provided me peace of mind regarding this transaction. She lifted a very stressful weight off my shoulders. I will definitely use Mary's services again when the time comes.

  Mary is exceptional. Her communication, follow-through, and professionalism are outstanding. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough. After years of frustration navigating the family court system in Contra Costa County, I had very little confidence that my concerns would be heard or that I would receive a fair outcome. I needed immediate assistance and was overwhelmed by the situation. Mary stepped in and guided me through the process of filing an ex parte request when time was critical. What impressed me most was her commitment to helping me during an extremely stressful time. She not only prepared all of the necessary paperwork, but also met me at the courthouse to review everything and ensure it was filed promptly.   I was introduced through an investor we both know, but haven't spoken to in quite a while. It was interesting because once I called her things just really started to click. I wasn't sure if she would remember me, but she did not only did she remember me she made herself available to help me. It was very short notice and I have to tell you I really wanted help getting the lifestyle I wanted. I found this property and there was a lot of competition and the odds were stacked against me. I honestly just wanted to put my faith in someone for a very important project and it ended up being her and I have no regrets whatsoever. She's the kind of person who will show up even if she's with a sick kid or even dealing with her own life on short notice. I was so grateful of the times she offered me because my my window to act was quite small. At the end of it it was successful and I look back and think there's no way it would've happened if I had called someone else.
