  Losing a loved one is hard enough but dealing with a probate case made it all that much worse. Fortunately for me I found Shaun Culbreath a Probate Attorney who I retained as my legal counsel in a personal capacity. Shaun Culbreath and his team treated me with immense kindness and dignity while guiding me through the legal technicalities with patience.   A big shout out to Mr. Shaun Culbreath, Esq! My Father had passed and as his only child, I was under the assumption I could not inherit from his estate, with the exception of a Will naming me as a beneficiary. My parents had been married, but after their divorce my Step-Father adopted me. My birth certificate was changed and no longer had my biologically Father’s name. I did speak to a not-so great attorney, with him informing me that I had no claim on my Father’s estate, affirming my belief and assumptions. My Father had told my husband and me that he had no Will. So when a 30-year-old Will mysteriously appeared I was shocked. The estate was being divided between two old business acquaintances. I was to receive a small amount from an insurance policy. I needed to make sense of truth and fiction. Asking around, I was then referred to Attorney Shaun Culbreath. I am so grateful for his brilliance, his commitment to my cause and the determined perseverance to which he applied to my case. Estate issues, Will issues, adoption and crazy stories were all untangled. The case was one of a kind, and for that you need one of a kind, Shaun Culbreath! As a note, the opposing counsel was very impressed with the big-beautiful brief. We had an offer in one day! I did inherit a nice amount, thanks to my wonderful Attorney.   In our case. Ann took possession of the Estate jewelry. When it was returned, it was reported that some peices were missing. Ann is guilty of forgery grand theft conspiracy defrauding an Estate. She deceives the court and judges . Ann should be in prison.

  100% dissatisfied with Calone & Harrel Law Group, LLP. Retained Attorney Ann K. Kavanagh for a simple matter. Initial draft correspondence sent for client review had typos, which we were billed to correct. Attorney did not respond in a timely manner to inquiry. Fees were exorbitant and experience was dismal from beginning to end. Even final invoice had charge billed to wrong client!
