  you guys are too professionals, empathetic and careful. i suggest you to have a 24/7 phone line with an active receptionist who handles an accidental client at 2am when there is a real emergency. That i have scene someone is using what the call after hour intake engine.

  Their paralegal at the time was supposed to pay our doctor bills and make sure the accident case was moving along. This legal team neglected to make certain their employee was performing as expected, and of course she didn't pay our doctor bills and the doctors office came after us with a collection agency. My wife's credit was trashed after this neglect. They got our case back on track but they couldn't fix the credit rating due to their rogue employee. At first they talked about a big recovery amount, but in the end they did as little as possible to get us pocket change and move us on down the road.
