  I had the opportunity to work with Alexander Law Group following a serious car accident in 2016 when I was rear-ended and suffered significant lower back pain that dramatically affected my mobility and quality of life. It was an incredibly difficult and emotional period for me, and the last thing I needed was the additional stress of trying to navigate a personal injury claim on my own. I worked primarily with Richard, and from beginning to end, he and his staff made the entire process seamless. Communication was consistent, my questions were answered, and I never felt like I had to chase anyone down for information. They handled the document collection, communication with the other party’s insurance company, and the many details involved in moving my case forward. That level of support meant so much because my focus needed to be on my recovery and getting through multiple medical appointments—not worrying about what was happening with my case. Richard and his team were professional, responsive, and genuinely made a very difficult time in my life easier to manage. The outcome of my case exceeded my expectations, but just as importantly, I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. Years later, I still remember the quality of service I received. I would absolutely recommend Alexander Law Group to anyone looking for a personal injury firm that communicates, follows through, and takes care of its clients.

  The lady who took my call was extremely unhelpful and lacked basic empathy. Rather than clearly explaining the situation or offering constructive guidance, she dismissed my concerns entirely and made me feel as our case wasn't worth pursuing. Her communication was harsh, unsupportive, and shifted blame onto the patient instead of handling the situation with care.

  I just called this firm and spoke with Sarah, who was very combative and dismissive. As a frontal left lobe glioma brain cancer survivor, I still experience severe aphasia that causes me to speak slowly (this does not extend to typing thankfully). Instead of offering patience or assistance, I was harshly told what I needed to prove my case. I will not be contacting this office again I am taking my proof and business to another attorney. She ended the call abruptly without wishing me a good day or even saying goodbye.

  I’m honestly very disappointed with the way I was spoken to during my call. I was trying to explain my situation and ask questions to better understand whether I may have a case. Instead of allowing me to explain, the lady who answered the phone immediately responded with a rude attitude and said, “What did it cause you?” I understand you may need certain information to evaluate a case, but the way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the nature of the situation I was calling about. I was simply looking for guidance and respect while explaining a very serious concern.
