  He’s really good, the best actually, I’m glad I landed with him. His filings are better than filings I’ve seen with multiple attorneys on it and I’ve read several. The way he writes and litigates is so effective and it tells and reads like a story, most attorneys are not that good in my experience, even ones that have been to the best ranked schools, he truly is very practical and very experienced. He’s the very best and a true expert in his craft! Any Judge or Jury should know that anything coming from him is top-notch and noteworthy!!! The 40 years of experience shows!! HE IS THE ONE OF THE VERY FIRST PEOPLE TO HAVE AN ACTIVE EMPLOYMENT LAW FIRM - he’s the very best, og!! Old is gold.

  Daniel was beyond helpful in every way. Although I contacted him from WA and he is only licensed to practice in CA (I didn’t know this at the time!) he gave me a lot of great information to help me move forward with my case. I got a call back from a very nice lady hours after I made my request to review, and she scheduled an appt with him in less than 2 days. So far, his office and team has given me so much hope for the days to come, my only regret at this point is that I don’t live in CA.

  Dan is an excellent litigator. He passionately advocates for each of his clients. He won't settle a case for anything less than top dollar. Dan has a unique approach to law and litigation. His expertise in employment law is expansive. I was recently in trial with Dan, and his courtroom skills are impressive. His courtroom demeanor is effective with the jury, judge and in the questioning of witnesses. He is well-prepared and confident. I highly recommend him and refer clients to him regularly without reservation.
