  Bard Port Catheter infection caused Sepsis and almost killed me. Had Catheter removed. Infected my pacemaker had to have that removed also. Another pacemaker implanted a week after infected one was removed. It was put on opposite side of my chest. Simmons Hanly Conroy so far have been great in getting a claim filed on my behalf !

  This firm wasted my statue of limitations with lies and deceit. My settlement offer was a measly 22k before their 40% and other fees. They are very rude when asking questions, and very unhelpful. There was only one lady that I spoke with that was polite months and months ago and her name is Stephanie, the other two, Marcia and Linda are very rude and demeaning. Save your case for a firm that truly cares and doesn’t take advantage. Hope this review reaches someone of importance in their firm.
