  I just spoke with Tia regarding a potential need. I left the call feeling like I had connected with the correct firm for a large and complex public safety accident that had been hiden for years. They lied, and we died. Had they told us we would have been monitored. Instead, we named areas near the plant, like Cancer Hill was Humboldt Hill... downwind and up the hill. My emotions were leveled and met with great concern. Thank you, Simmons Hanly Conoy, for having Tia return my call for a follow-up.

  Bard Port Catheter infection caused Sepsis and almost killed me. Had Catheter removed. Infected my pacemaker had to have that removed also. Another pacemaker implanted a week after infected one was removed. It was put on opposite side of my chest. Simmons Hanly Conroy so far have been great in getting a claim filed on my behalf !

  When I developed my medical issue and trust me it was not a very pleasant one, I contacted five law firms and sent them all my medical records and only one came back and took my case. The rest said they didn't have enough for a case which I thought was ridiculous but then I'm not a lawyer. Five years later they settled, and it was over and done.
