  Zero Motorcycles sold me a lemon and made multiple attempts at repair with no success. When asked with kindness and professionalism, they refused to replace the lemon with a new vehicle. This is where Neale & Fhima came in to save the day! They were polite, professional and communicated well through the entirety of the case. It did take longer than I had anticipated, but all the delays were on the manufacturers side, the team at Neale & Fhima were on top of it from start to finish. The outcome of the case was successful and to my satisfaction. If you ever run into a situation like mine, don't allow corporations to bully you into believing you have no option but to deal with and live with a lemon. Make sure everything is well documented and reach out to Neale & Fhima, they are a very capable crew and will make things right for you. Aaron, Juliet, Monica, and especially Chelsea, thank you all for your assistance in making sure the resolution was fair and just. I hope I never have to deal with a lemon again, but if it comes to that, I know who to call :)

  I had a brand new vehicle and had a dozen problems including alignment issue and contacted Aaron. He is really responsible, take control, full of confidence person and took my case. Even the manufacturer gave his team and I hard time causing delays because of horrible communication, he settled the case under lemon law in timely manner. I also would like to thank Courtney and other team members there too. Thank you for saving me from such situation without loosing anything. This is the first time I worked with a lawyer and I don't think I will look further if I need similar services in the future. Thank you guys.
