  I cannot recommend Nina Shapirshteyn highly enough. After my car accident, I suffered a traumatic brain injury that affected nearly every part of my life for six months.   Melinda Wu August 10, 2014 After any serious injury onto an individual caused by a second party leading to an emergency treatment and/or hospitalization, a common question that comes to mind is, “How can I get the best law firm with a good attorney to represent me?” About two years ago, I was a pedestrian that had been struck by a moving vehicle which resulted in serious injuries. After the incident, I had been referred to three different law firms, however, upon careful research, I decided to try Abramson, Smith and Waldsmith LLP (ASW) since they are listed in “Best Lawyers” and rated by “Super Lawyers.” My personal experience with ASW confirms that they are the best law firm with the best lawyers. I was very happy when ASW accepted my case and agreed to represent me. During this process, the attorneys kept me informed about the status of my case and routinely updated me with any new developments. The attorneys worked as a team and treated my case seriously. They showed genuine concern about my feelings, injuries, health, and wellbeing. Their office staff is friendly and courteous.   My wife and I are very fortunate to have had Abramson, Smith and Waldsmith LLP ("ASW") represent us in a personal injury suit that we had brought against a neighbor in our community. We felt that they represented us in the best possible fashion, and that we received a settlement that was as good as we could have expected given the circumstances presented. We were very satisfied with the results. From the very beginning, ASW showed genuine concern and was very attentive to the situation that we were facing. They exhibited a high level of professionalism in practically everything they did and say. They were always quick in responding back to us and in seeing that legal process was performed in a timely fashion. Periodically throughout this entire process, ASW made reference to us as a “team.” We thought that ASW's identification, in this manner, resonated very well. This was because that, like a team, we all had our own individual jobs to perform with the sole intent of achieving a common goal when all was said and done. In the beginning, and immediately following my wife’s injury, my wife and I began the arduous task of seeking legal representation. So, we did what most people would do and began canvassing our friends for references for legal representation in personal injury. To our surprise, we found that most of our friends had never had the need for legal representation of this kind and, consequently, could not provide us with any references.
