  What can I say about Tropea McMillan..? There are not enough words, nor space to express. Santino is one of the most brilliant, strategic, and forceful litigators, yet is low key and understated. He knows when to strike, to persuade or step back and let things occur to your benefit. Expert in environmental areas among others. Just an excellent attorney and a fine person to work with. Handled my litigation matter for over 7-years and was grateful to have him representing me.
