I had a lot riding on the outcome because I was trying to move forward with my life & pursue a career in the military.   Excellent result and an easy process. Mark got my case dismissed, and I never had to appear in court or get fingerprinted, which saved me a 2 hour drive each way on several occasions. He was proactive from the start, guiding me on documents to prepare and community service to complete so we were in the best position possible. He also never got ahead of the facts or gave me false hope along the way, which I appreciated. Professional, responsive, effective.
