  I was struck by a speeding car that ran through the middle of a red light July 14th, 2025 in Escondido and the guy hit me so hard that it rolled my 4Runner, I had a severe concussion, cut up all over, sore and bruised everywhere including my back from the impact and ensuing roll over, I hurt my neck pretty badly because when the truck rolled it was crushed right over my head. Turns out the other driver who was an illegal alien lied about his insurance being current, which he had, but they had not made the last payment. Fortunately I had uninsured motorist coverage on my auto policy. I felt like I was really going to get nothing in the way of compensation although I did get paid for the truck. I had a friend who recommended Rawlins Law and I gave them a call. It was a tough situation but the firm, especially Bryanna who was my paralegal contact with them, went to bat for me. Bryanna managed to get me the medical care I needed and helped me all through the process. Thank God she did, or I would have been a lost cause. I finally got a small settlement from my own uninsured motorist policy and I’m finally back to feeling ok. I’m quite happy with the outcome since I figured I was going to be left out in the cold on this deal. It’s been a tough year and yet I felt like I was in good hands and it turns out I was. She also told me that in California I should have 100K in uninsured motorist coverage which I did change on my policy. It’s these little things we don’t know about that helped me feel like Rawlins law cared about me and not just the money. Bryanna held my hand (metaphorically) through the entire process and that helped me feel like she really cared about the outcome. You can tell when people really care, and she went to bat for me, getting my medical bills reduced so that I did not end up with nothing but pain, suffering, lost time at work and the aggravation of being a victim of an accident that was definitely not my fault. I had 3 eyewitnesses that helped that process as well. I feel like Rawlins Law did a better job for me than the average law firm would have done. Scuttling the case and taking their money while I would have been left holding the empty bag. I’m grateful to Ashley Rawlins, and especially Bryanna for her hard work and due diligence when it came to representing me in this unfortunate situation. I will not hesitate to call them should something happen to me ever again. Which I hope never happens again, but if it does, this is the team I want on my side for sure. Bless their hearts and their efforts. Thank you!

  Even though they weren’t able to take my case, I had a great experience with this office. From the moment I called, everyone was respectful, kind, and professional. They took the time to listen to what happened with my car accident, answered my questions, and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciated how compassionate and helpful they were, even though they couldn’t represent me.
