  I contacted Overholt and Cremeans law office seeking a consultation regarding my case and was asked to complete a questionnaire. I also spoke with office staff and was told I would hear back regarding a consultation with the attorney. However, I never received a consultation or an opportunity to discuss my questions directly. Instead, I later received a letter stating that my case would not be accepted. I understand attorneys may decline cases or have limited availability, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the absence of any discussion about my concerns after being led to expect a consultation. Even a brief follow-up call to explain the decision or answer general questions would have been appreciated. Based on my experience, communication and client follow-up could be improved.

  Eric has been instrumental in giving me good legal advice over the last several years. He and his staff have always been on top of providing great communication, in a timely fashion. He's also very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I have recommended him to family, friends, and co-workers who have all had the same experience. I've had terrible experiences with lawyers in the past... but Eric has definitely changed my opinion of lawyers in general! If you're looking for a extremely professional attorney with a personal touch, I would definitely give him a try.
