  After my slip and fall on wet concrete, I approached Morgan and Morgan about my case. They seemed extremely happy to take the case. They had a case manager by the name of Ellie who is unprofessional and irresponsible. We had a phone appointment scheduled on the following Monday after the fall which she blew off. The appointment was for 10:30am, at 1:00 I sent a text questioning the appointment. No response. The next day I call explaining what happened and scheduled another appointment. Ellie called me in a rush and being impatient. We had words and the phone call ended. Today I get a letter stating they respectfully decline to represent me. Interesting that I have a difference of opinion with a case manager and suddenly they drop the case. So much for their claim on leaving out the little guy!!!

  All is well so far I haven't spoke to anyone yet besides the person that assigned me to my attorney we shall see if I can get helped out .

  I reached out to this firm because I wanted a second opinion on my case after my vehicle was hit by an uninsured driver. From the very beginning, they kept insisting that I sign a representation agreement before they would even review my case. I've spoken with several other law firms, and none of them required me to sign anything before discussing the facts, reviewing what my previous attorney had already done, or determining whether the case was even worth taking. I don't understand how a law firm can ask someone to sign a contract without first reviewing the case, the prior attorney's work, or explaining whether they believe they can actually help. What really turned me away was the constant pressure. I received repeated calls asking me to sign, and even when I finally got back to them, the conversation immediately went back to getting me to sign instead of answering my questions or evaluating my case. That approach felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I decided not to move forward and would recommend that others look elsewhere if they're seeking a genuine second opinion before committing to representation.
