  I was facing multiple felony charges and was up against a DA who I thought was using really slimy tactics. My first trial was a hung jury, and at my second trial, the DA had a laundry list of new felony charges (since the ones from the first trial had proven to be too much for a jury to convict me of). It was really scary to see from the inside how the "justice" system works. If it was not for Victor, I would have been found guilty of multiple felonies and sentenced to multiple years in a state prison. Instead, I was put on parole with community service. After completing my community service, we were able drop my parole down to probation. And then after my probation was over, he also got my record expunged. Victor was always available to talk things through with me and spent time working on every angle of my case. He brought in expert witnesses. He has so much knowledge and experience, and there is not any case that he cannot figure out how to handle. This was by far the scariest time of my life and I was afraid I would lose my freedom. Victor helped me through it and my life is better for it. I have my freedom and I am able to get a job and make a living for myself. Three years ago, I even bought myself a house. None of this would have been possible without Victor.

  I can’t say enough good things about Victor. I was dealing with a fairly complicated DUI case in San Diego County, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. After consulting with him, and giving him all the details, he came up with a strategy for my case. Ultimately, he got my probation terminated early, no jail time and I did not have to pay any court fees. I didn’t even have to appear in court. All I had to do was follow his instructions and he handled everything for me. When you talk to him you can tell Victor is a nice guy and he is very sharp. He takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand. He is also very responsive. I don’t think I have ever called him and had the call go to voicemail. He always responds to my texts and emails very quickly, usually within minutes. Most importably, he knows what he is doing. I have hired him multiple times for a reason.
